Industry Standards
QSPro currently uses a Microsoft Access database and so integrates well into industry standard software. A free Excel spreadsheet and Word for Windows document is provided which displays your project data but output to a text file is also provided for easy integration into other packages.

Main features
Library Editor
The library editor is used to edit and store text descriptions in a library. SMM7, CESMM3 and an Estimating library are available which can be edited or you can create as many libraries as you wish. Each item in the library is given a unique primary or secondary alphabetical code which is used to determine its position when sorted.

Project Editor
The project editor is used to copy text items from the library or an existing project to new project. The rapid search facility will allow you to find any item in the project or library database.

Items can be copied to save time duplicating similar descriptions. Rogue items can easily be added and an on-screen project total lets you immediately see the effect of a change in rate or quantity.

Dimensions Editor
The dimensions editor allows you to enter quantities and add notes to each item that can be printed out in the dimensions report. A ‘times in’ column is provided where any mathematical expression may be added. An on-screen calculator is available to allow you to calculate values easily. A powerful anding-on facility allows similar calculations to be copied.
